French Translator

Description

• Freelance / Adhoc position
• Ability to speak, write & read French at a proficient level.
• Accurately and idiomatically turn the French message into English without any additions, omissions or other misleading factors that alter the intended meaning of the message from the client and vice versa.
• Communicate orally including appropriate delivery and poise.
• Being impartial/objective
• Attending meetings both physically or virtually with SoluGrowth’s French client and able to minute the sessions in both English and French.
• Being a brand ambassador for SoluGrowth aligned to our values (Integrity, Accountability, Customer Centric, Excellence, Innovation & Mutual Respect)
• Business acumen by understanding consulting services i.e., accounting, payroll, IT support etc.
• Able to understand SLAs, KPIs and contractual clauses and interpreting these from French to English and vice versa.
• Great people management skills
• Understanding of the South African culture/environment

• Matric
• Diploma in communications / Business Management or equivalent
• Must have at least 3-4 work experience in a corporate environment
